We use the milk from our own farm to make the vedic ghee. Now, method used to make ghee is also equally important. We use traditional wooden churner method, where two ways churning action separates the ghee from cultured curd. This method ensures right balance of all fatty acids in our organic grass-fed Ghee.
Our A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made in sall batches with ayurvedic process of two way churning the cultured curd with wooden churner(bilona). We make cued in ideal controlled conditions from our grass fed Gir Cows A2 milk using natural culture. Butter produced by churning the curd is then slowly heated to remove all the milk solids. The result is a delicious, flavourful healthy A1 Gir Cow Ghee that is easily digested.
